The Blindside Series

Updated: Jul 18, 2021

The Blindside Series is an epic two-book series with mystery, adventure, romance, and snowboarding! It follows the story of Sophie, a small-town girl who wants to be a photographer and has a knack for solving mysteries, and Jake, a famous gold medal Olympic snowboarder. As they get to know each other, they seem to get in the middle of two great mysteries without even knowing it.

The Blind Side series is one of my favorite Catholic series that I have read so far. It is well written and original, so much so that I read both books in about a week. As Sophie and Jake struggle to get through their problems, their faith in God grows more robust, and they realize they have to put all their trust in Him. This series is recommended for about ages 13 and up, which I highly recommend you all read!

Book 1: The Perfect Blindside

Age Range: 12 and up

Sophie lives in a small old western town where nothing ever happens until the famous Snowboarder Jake moves in. Jake is everything Sophie thinks he would be, arrogant, cocky, and full of himself until he isn’t. Jake hates the new town that he lives in and wants nothing more than to hang out with his fellow Olympic snowboarders.

Book 2: Extreme Blindside

Age Range: 13 and up

It's been a few months since Jake and Sophie uncovered the biggest mystery in their small town and became a couple, and things look like they're calming down. Life is returning to as normal as it can be when you're a famous snowboarder and his girlfriend, then Jake's gets a chance to be a spokesperson at his favorite athletic event
